What you are getting here is 100% dioxazine powder pigment. This is pigment violet 23 and it has VERY potent tinting strength, even more so than the Phthalo pigments. In fact this violet pigment appears almost jet black until you mix it into a medium of your choice. Can be used to make your own acrylic, water color, or oil paint. You will need a glass muller and frosted glass plate to grind pigment into your medium of choice. Acrylic and water color mediums will need a dispersant to facilitate the break up of agglomerates and properly suspending pigment in medium.
